Hoopers Society was founded in 2024 by Pete SmallZ, a dedicated coach and development trainer with 8 years of experience. Our journey began with a single team and has grown into a thriving community of young athletes, coaches and families united by a love for basketball.

Meet Rodney Smallwood aka Coach SmallZ, our Founder and Head Coach who brings 8 years of youth basketball coaching experience and a passion for developing skilled players and fostering a love for the game. He is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that allows his players to grow and thrive both on and off of the court.
